The initial Commercial Company of Salonica was established during the late 19th Century in the City of London, with offices in Salonica.
The firm grew out of establishing trading relationships with the Balkans and Anatolia, dealing in primary goods and thereafter diversifying its investment stock.
By the early 20th Century, the Company had played a key role in transforming Salonica into the leading port in the Eastern Mediterranean. This period was characterised by economic prosperity, cultural diversity and communal harmony.

With respect to public listed equities, we have executed secondary IPOs for clients looking to tap liquidity and raise funding. Whilst we have also worked with buy side clients to structure their public equities portfolios and acquire stock.
